Please note we accept PPO plans only. HMO plans are not accepted at this time.
Private pay is always welcome. Superbills available upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.
Private Pay Rates
Psychiatric Evaluation (60–90 min) — $300–$450
Follow-up / Med Management (30 min) — $150–$200
Follow-up / Med Management (15 min) — $100–$125
Extended Follow-up (45–60 min) — $225-$300
